Nursery Make-Over (part 1)

If you will recall the crib BEFORE....my mom and dad surprised me and finished the crib while I was gone to San Diego. We had started it before I left but it was such a nice surprise to have it done! The completion of the bed and a free Saturday sparked the rest of the furniture re-finishing to take place. Let's just say we had a VERY productive Saturday and a lot of fun in the process! I went to San Diego this past week for the annual AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants) conference. This was my fourth annual trip to the conference. My dear friend, Kate Turner, and I got to be roomies while at conference and we had a grand time!

On my way to San Diego I had a layover in Houston, so I was lucky enough to be able to meet up with The Heston's for lunch! It was such a treat!!

27 weeks

Carson is growing! 27 weeks.
Larry got a great laugh out of this one- I'm wearing my Houston marathon shirt from 2008- you may barely notice a little belly hanging out of the bottom. I forgot to change before I went for my walk/jog and ended up looking like the funny little fat mouse on Cinderella whose shirt comes half way over his belly!
