Nursery makeover

My awesome husband did such a good job painting the nursery and he had a lot of help from mom- unfortunately I didn't get a picture of mom. Hope you like the update to the nursery! Now, all we need to add is the bedding and that will be ready soon :)

Trip to Houston

Over the 4th of July, we were able to go to Houston and see some of our friends that we miss every day! We had a great time and even got to go to our former church and sunday school class-Saved 2 Serve. We only got a few pictures there, but it was a delight to see everyone!

Father's Day weekend at the lake.

As many of you know Maddie has been our first "child" for 6 years. She got a treat to go to the lake with us and even got to swim for the first time! Larry decided to just put her in the water and see what happened....we realized that "doggy paddling" comes by its name honestly because it came as a very natural instinct to her and I even think she liked it!

almost 33 weeks!

The start of Carson's running career! The BOB revoluation running stroller has arrived and it is a beaut'! Can't wait to test it out! This was a very special gift from Carson's "grandpa" (who actually is still debating on his official title at the moment...maybe "buddy")
